VIDEO: Millionaire Banker Attacks Woman

(StraightShooterNews.com) – Thinking he could get away with it, a millionaire investment banker is accused of assaulting a woman in Brooklyn after the incident was caught on video and viewed nearly 5 million times.

Watch the video below.

Identified by social media as Moelis & Co managing director Jonathan Kaye, the footage captures the banker striking the woman with an overhand right punch during Brooklyn Pride celebrations in Park Slope.

The video does not reveal what happened before the assault but shows an upset Kaye walking away with his jacket stained while claiming “She f***ing threw s*** all over me.”

Bystanders are heard condemning his actions, calling him an “a–hole” and a “horrible person.”

The woman appears to cover her face and collapses near another injured individual. Overlay text on the clip alleges that the woman suffered a broken nose and another person sustained a “busted up” arm.

Following the incident, Moelis & Co., where Kaye has led the Global Business Services franchise since 2013, issued a statement.

“We have become aware that one of our employees was involved in a serious incident in Brooklyn on June 8. We take this matter very seriously and are conducting an investigation,” said a spokesperson from the investment bank.

The firm has not confirmed if Kaye is the employee in question or if he faces any disciplinary actions.

Kaye, who previously worked in a senior role at Citi Bank, has not commented on the allegations and the NYPD had no immediate information on the assault either.

The alleged assailant lives in a $4 million upscale four-bedroom townhouse in Park Slope just blocks from Ginger’s Bar, one of Brooklyn’s last lesbian bars.

This violent episode unfolded as the area celebrated the 28th annual Brooklyn Pride Multicultural Festival, which included a 5K run and a parade along Fifth Avenue.
