TV Star Attacks Pro-Life Laws

( – Choosing to side with the extreme left and its agenda, Kelly Clarkson reflected on her own challenging pregnancy experiences and claimed that a recent legal pro-life win in Arizona could “literally kill” people.

During an episode of NBC’s The Kelly Clarkson Show, Clarkson addressed the Arizona Supreme Court’s decision to maintain a strict law that limits abortion access drastically.

“Last week we saw the Arizona Supreme Court uphold a law from 1864 that bans nearly all abortions,” Clarkson remarked, questioning the rationale of applying such outdated thinking to contemporary society.

In conversation with former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Clarkson said she was shocked about being broght back to 1864. it’s a very different world, we know a lot more now — that we’re going backwards,” she said.

In turn, Clinton said the court’s ruling was “horrifying in every way.” “I feared it would happen, but I hoped it wouldn’t happen,” she stated.

She then claimed there would be widespread implications for women across several states who are now unable to get abortions on demand.

“The old law in Arizona is without exceptions [for rape and incest],” Clinton remarked. “And the danger to women’s lives as well as to our right to make our own decisions about our bodies and ourselves is so profound. And there’s another element to it, which I find so troubling. I mean, there’s a kind of cruelty to it.”

Clarkson then shared her own hospitalization issues during her pregnancies, recounting a particularly moment when she prayed for relief from her suffering.

“I literally asked God, this is a real thing, to just take me and my son in the hospital for the second time, because I was like, ‘It’s the worst thing,’” she disclosed to then take a pause due to getting seemingly emotional.

She argued against taking the choice away from individuals who might face life-threatening conditions due to pregnancy or traumatic circumstances like familial rape.

“The fact that you would take that away from someone, that can literally kill them. The fact that if they’re raped by their family member and they have to — it’s just like insane to me,” Clarkson concluded.
