(StraightShooterNews.com) – Conservative officials are cheering as DNI Director Tulsi Gabbard takes unprecedented action, revoking the security clearances of 51 officials who doubted the Hunter Biden laptop saga.
This move, directed by President Trump, also revokes access for Biden administration officials who used their positions to bury the truth about the Biden family corruption exposed in the laptop’s contents.
The revocations affect high-profile Obama-era intelligence figures, including former CIA Director John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, who used their security credentials to mislead American voters ahead of the critical 2020 election.
These officials had signed a public letter in October 2020 claiming the explosive emails found on Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop had “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation” – despite having no evidence to support this claim.
The laptop, which contained damning evidence of Biden family influence peddling schemes and corruption, was later authenticated by multiple mainstream media outlets, but only after the election when the damage to Trump’s campaign had been done.
Gabbard tweeted:
“Per President Trump’s directive, I have revoked security clearances and barred access to classified information for Antony Blinken, Jake Sullivan, Lisa Monaco, Mark Zaid, Norman Eisen, Letitia James, Alvin Bragg, and Andrew Weissman, along with the 51 signers of the Hunter Biden ‘disinformation’ letter.”
“The President’s Daily Brief is no longer being provided to former President Biden,” she remarked.
Moreover, the removal of security clearances does not stop with the 51 intelligence officials.
Gabbard confirmed that key Biden administration officials like former Secretary of State Antony Blinken and former National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan have also lost their clearances.
These officials were directly involved in promoting the false Russian disinformation narrative. Blinken reportedly was instrumental in organizing the letter that was strategically used to discredit the laptop story when it first broke in the New York Post.
President Trump also directed that Joe Biden no longer receive intelligence briefings that are traditionally provided to former presidents.
Trump cited the precedent Biden set in 2021 when he cut off Trump’s access to intelligence briefings.
“There is no need for Joe Biden to continue receiving access to classified information. Therefore, we are immediately revoking Joe Biden’s Security Clearances and stopping his daily Intelligence Briefings,” Trump wrote.
Gabbard has also revoked clearances for New York Attorney General Letitia James and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who led politically motivated lawsuits and prosecutions against Trumo.
Bragg prosecuted Trump on 34 felony counts related to business records, while James filed a civil lawsuit alleging Trump inflated his financial statements – cases widely viewed by conservatives as political persecution designed to damage Trump’s electoral prospects.
The revocations also include security clearances for lawyers at Democrat-allied law firms Covington & Burling and Perkins Coie, the latter known for its role in funding the discredited Steele dossier that sparked the Russia collusion hoax.
Some anti-Trump Republicans have also lost clearances, including former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and former national security adviser John Bolton, who became vocal critics of the President after leaving his administration.
While Democrat allies have criticized the clearance revocations as retaliation, supporters point out that officials who deliberately misled the American public about matters of national importance have demonstrated they cannot be trusted with sensitive information.
The intelligence community’s partisan weaponization during the 2020 election represented an unprecedented breach of public trust that the Trump administration is now addressing through concrete action.
