Outrage: Deported Illegal Kills USA Girlfriend

Red attention stamp on white background

(StraightShooterNews.com) – An outrageous murder case in Utah exposes the dire consequences of failed immigration policies as an innocent American woman was brutally killed by her illegal alien ex-boyfriend, who was deported twice.

See the tweet below.

Illegal alien 24-year-old Nestor Rocha-Aguayo was arrested on suspicion of murdering Talia Benward in Tooele County, Utah.

The victim’s body was discovered in a remote area, partially clothed and bearing significant injuries.

The suspect now faces multiple charges, including aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, evidence tampering, and abuse or desecration of a dead body.

Rocha-Aguayo’s criminal history and repeated illegal entries into the United States reveal a systemic failure in immigration enforcement.

He was deported twice but managed to return to Utah illegally each time.

The timeline of events leading to Benward’s murder is chilling. Surveillance video showed her picking up Rocha-Aguayo on January 1, an interaction that quickly turned into an argument.

Phone data indicated they traveled to Tooele County, where Benward’s phone stopped moving.

Later, investigators found Benward’s body and evidence of a burn pit with partially burned items matching those in the car she had borrowed.

The suspect’s history of violence and previous convictions for burglary and assault should have been red flags.

Yet, the system failed to keep this dangerous individual out of the country.

Rocha-Aguayo’s attempts to flee from police, including being captured on a bus headed to Mexico, further demonstrate the need for increased cooperation between local law enforcement and federal immigration authorities.

This tragic case is not an isolated incident but part of a larger pattern of crimes committed by illegal aliens.

Rocha-Aguayo was held without bail, so the legal proceedings will hopefully bring justice.
