U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents captured David Alejandro Orellana-Aleman in Hyattsville, Maryland.
He is a 27-year-old Salvadoran national suspected of controlling gang activities across the U.S., Mexico, and Europe.
His capture is a significant leap forward in combating this ruthless organization. Orellana-Aleman, reportedly undocumented, is wanted for several charges in El Salvador, including firearm possession, extortion, and terrorist affiliation, WGXA reports.
