(StraightShooterNews.com) – Famed and once-vibrant talk show host Wendy Williams’ health decline has been revealed as she now faces a devastating battle against dementia, leaving her “permanently incapacitated.”

This shocking revelation comes as her guardian fights to protect her from exploitation by liberal media vultures that expose the ruthless nature of an industry that attacks the vulnerable.

Sabrina Morrissey, Williams’ court-appointed guardian, dropped a bombshell in recent legal filings, revealing that the former queen of daytime TV has been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and aphasia.

According to Morrissey’s assessment, these conditions have left Williams “cognitively impaired, permanently disabled, and incapacitated.”

The devastating diagnosis, made in May 2023, has thrust Williams into a legal guardianship that now manages both her health and finances.

This arrangement, in place since 2022, was required by a combination of health issues, including Graves’ disease, lymphedema, and struggles with alcohol abuse.

In addition, Morrissey is now embroiled in a legal battle with A&E Networks over their documentary “Where Is Wendy Williams?”

The guardian alleged that the network and associated parties shamelessly exploited Williams’ cognitive decline, filming her at her most vulnerable without proper consent.

Morrissey claimed the defendants, including the documental executive producer Mark Ford, “cruelly took advantage of [Williams’] cognitive and physical decline by creating and publishing a documentary at a time when [Williams] was highly vulnerable and clearly incapable of consenting to be filmed.”

The court filing paints a grim picture of corporate greed, with Morrissey claiming that while Williams was paid a mere $82,000 for her involvement, the producers likely raked in millions.

Furthermore, Morrissey’s attorneys have requested that the court redact sensitive information about Williams’ health, family, and finances.

“Let me say, wow! Your response has been overwhelming. The messages shared with me have touched me, reminding me of the power of unity and the need for compassion,” Williams said during an interview.

“I hope that others with FTD may benefit from my story … I continue to need personal space and peace to thrive. Please just know that your positivity and encouragement are deeply appreciated,” she added.

In addition, Williams’ family, including her sister Wanda Finnie, have expressed frustration at their limited access to the former talk show host, raising questions about the effectiveness of the current guardianship system.
