In order to do so, Homan wants the Department of Justice to prosecute Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) for blatantly disregarding American law.

This comes in response to AOC’s shocking decision to host a webinar to teach illegal aliens how to evade federal enforcement.
This brazen act has not only drawn criticism from conservatives but also landed the far-left congresswoman in legal hot water, as the Department of Justice is now investigating her actions.
Homan did not mince words when sounding the alarm on AOC’s potentially criminal behavior.
“I sent an email today to the Deputy Attorney General, at what level is that impediment? Is that impeding our law enforcement efforts? If so, what are we going to do about it?” Homan stated, emphasizing the gravity of AOC’s actions.
“Is she crossing the line? Maybe AOC is going to be in trouble now, but I need the AG to opine on that, because there’s an impediment, it’s impediment in my opinion, I’m not a prosecutor, but we need some further guidance on that,” he added.
The webinar in question provided step-by-step instructions to illegals on how to interact with federal agents and evade enforcement.

This blatant attempt to obstruct justice has outraged law-abiding Americans who understand the importance of secure borders and the rule of law.
While AOC and her fellow “Squad” members continue to prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens, the Trump administration is taking decisive action.
Attorney General Pam Bondi has announced lawsuits against New York and other sanctuary states for their dangerous policies that put Americans at risk.
The timing of AOC’s webinar could not be more troubling. Recent Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids have led to the arrest of illegals linked to the dangerous Tren de Aragua gang.
The criminal group was formed in Venezuelan prisons and is involved in a multi-state sex trafficking ring.
By interfering with ICE operations, AOC may be unintentionally protecting dangerous criminals.
“This is about public safety, this is about community safety. You’re putting the public at great risk, you’re putting our officers at great risk, you’re even putting the illegal alien at great risk, because anything can happen on arrest on the street,” Homan declared.
As the DOJ investigates this matter, millions of Americans are calling for Congress to take a stand against those who prioritize illegal aliens over the safety and well-being of American citizens.
