Boebert’s Son Arrested

( – In a dramatic turn of events for the renowned congresswoman, Rep. Lauren Boebert’s eldest son was arrested and is facing a series of serious legal challenges.

The charges against Tyler Boebert include 22 criminal counts, with five being felonies, connected to multiple alleged theft incidents in Colorado.

The Rifle Police Department reported that 18-year-old Tyler finds himself accused of unlawfully possessing ID documents that belong to several other individuals, alongside a charge of conspiring to commit charge.

Additionally the young Boebert faces several misdemeanor allegations: unauthorized entry into vehicles with criminal intentions, identity theft with the aim to use the stolen identities and involvement in activities prompting the delinquency of a minor.

Set to turn 19 in March, Tyler also received charges for minor thefts amounting to less than $300.

This is not Tyler’s first encounter with law enforcement. Last year, he received a ticket for careless driving his father’s SUV, which resulted in the injury of his 19-year-old friend.

Following a plea agreement he was ordered to complete a driver awareness course titled “Alive at 25.” Though the charge was reduced, Tyler missed a court date set for April 2023, which led to a bench warrant for his arrest.

He later reached out to the court to reschedule his appearance to a virtual session where he submitted his course completion certificate.

In a personal revelation last year, Lauren Boebert disclosed that she had become a grandmother at 36 following the birth of Tyler and his girlfriend’s son. Rep. Boebert also obtained a restraining order against ex-husband Jayson Boebert earlier this month.

Jayson was accused of making threats against her and himself over the previous year after he was arrested on assault charges and a subsequent claim that Lauren had physically assaulted him.

Tyler’s siblings are covered under the restraining order’s protections but Tyler is not included since he is already an adult.
