Biden Fears THIS!

Joe Biden

( – Perhaps dreading the case’s political fallout on his reelection efforts, Joe Biden reportedly fears that his son Hunter Biden could be thrown into jail following his upcoming trial.

The trial centers on allegations that Hunter purchased a handgun while addicted to crack cocaine.

Close aides revealed to Politico that Joe is deeply concerned about his son’s legal troubles.

“He worries about Hunter every single day, from the moment he wakes up to the moment he goes to sleep,” one adviser shared. “That will only pick up during a trial.” These concerns are especially distressing for Joe as the June 3 trial date inches closer by the day.

Joe has reportedly “expressed fears” with at least three advisers over the potential prison sentence Hunter could face if convicted in the Delaware gun case. The case was brought up by the Justice Department during his own administration.

Although it carries personal impact, the White House has decided not to establish a “war room” to respond to the trial’s daily developments.

Instead, Hunter’s defense in both the courtroom and the media will be managed by his attorney, Abbe Lowell.

Hunter faces three felony charges stemming from his purchase of a Colt Cobra revolver in October 2018.

These include two counts of making false statements and one count of possession of a firearm by an unlawful substance abuser. He has pleaded not guilty to both of these charges.

His legal team’s attempts to dismiss or delay the trial have been denied by US District Judge Maryellen Noreika and the US Third Circuit Court of Appeals. If found guilty, Hunter could face up to 25 years in prison.

Additionally, Hunter is dealing with nine counts of tax fraud in a separate case in Southern California, set to begin on June 20. He has also pleaded not guilty to all charges in this matter.
